Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Most orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Heavier packages may be shipped via UPS. Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days for all in stock items to US addresses. You will be notified of any back-ordered items and their approximate availability date. Standard shipping rates are as follows:

Orders between $0 - $50: $8.95 shipping
Orders between $50.01 - $100: $12.95 shipping
Orders between $100.01 - $150: $18:95 shipping
Orders between $150.01 - $200: $24.95 shipping
Orders between $200.01 - $250: $29.95 shipping
Orders between $250.01 and over: $34.95 shipping

Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work to correct any problem.  Items must be returned to Green Mother Goods within 30 days of the receipt of the item for an exchange or refund. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Sorry, but shipping costs are not refundable. If you have a question about returning an item, please call or email us at either of the following:

Please ship all items back to us using your carrier of choice. We do recommend using a form of traceable delivery such as Delivery Confirmation through USPS. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect the replacement of an item within twelve to fourteen days of our receiving your return provided the item is currently in stock.  We will inform you of any out-of-stock items.  Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable. Without your sales receipt, a merchandise credit will be issued for the current selling price of the item(s) you are returning.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all items delivered in the state of North Carolina. This sales tax will be automatically added to your bill when you check out.

Damaged Packages
Damaged packages are the responsibility of the carrier. Please call your local USPS (or in some cases UPS) office if damages occur. They will in turn contact us, and we will work with them in order to replace your damaged goods.
