Green Mother Goods is owned and operated by a group of women - all mothers, then friends and now business partners. We came together in this effort to provide quality products that are good for our families and good for our Mother Earth.
The dream for Green Mother Goods began within each of us. As we started families we found the search for good, eco-friendly products was a bit of a hassle. We wanted a place to buy basic necessities for our families. But we didn't want to support sweatshops or companies who have no regard for our planet and we didn't want to purchase products from countries with no regard for basic human rights. So, fed-up with a serious shortage of options we came together and started Green Mother Goods.
We are a locally owned business who cares. We research the products we carry. If you buy it here you can rest easy, knowing that the product is a good choice for you, your family and our Earth.

We will not buy from companies who use sweatshop labor. Our products are fair-trade which means a good wage is provided as well as good working conditions for the employees. The companies we do business with have a real commitment to our planet and its people.
We also buy and consign local goods whenever possible. The High Country is home to some amazing artists. We are proud to showcase local arts and crafts. Buying local helps conserve resources (the products don't come in on huge tractor-trailers) and the money stays in our community.
